A weekend of everything that flies at 17th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2012 last February 9 - 12. It was a fun-filled weekend , full of surprises, filled with everything that flies.
The annual Hot Air Balloon Festival is one of the most popular events in Clark Freeport Pampanga, Philippines.
